Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We only accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:

Incorrect item received

If you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly send the correct product at no additional cost.

A return is only considered if the customer does not wish to receive a replacement.

If a product arrives damaged or non-functional, we will offer:

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

Opened, used, or partially used products (including aroma essences)

Products returned without original packaging

Delayed delivery outside of our standard delivery windows

Order Cancellations
We begin preparing your order as soon as it's placed. If you wish to cancel:

You must contact us immediately (within 1 hour)

If cancellation occurs after the order has been dispatched, a courier fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit

In most cases, we encourage issuing a store credit instead of a full refund

Refunds

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items where the customer declines a replacement or store credit

After the returned item has been received and inspected

Within 5–10 business days of approval
