Refund policy

At Goodsphere, your satisfaction is important to us — but due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene, wellness, and operational efficiency, we maintain a strict, limited return and refund policy.

This policy protects our customers' safety and our ability to provide a premium, consistent experience.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We only accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect item received

    • If you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly send the correct product at no additional cost.

    • A return is only considered if the customer does not wish to receive a replacement.

  2. Damaged or defective product

    • If a product arrives damaged or non-functional, we will offer:

      • A replacement, or

      • A store credit, or

      • A refund, only if the first two options are declined

  3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

    For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

    • Opened, used, or partially used products (including aroma essences)

    • Products returned without original packaging

    • Change-of-mind purchases

    • Delayed delivery outside of our standard delivery windows

  4. Order Cancellations

    We begin preparing your order as soon as it's placed. If you wish to cancel:

    • You must contact us immediately (within 1 hour)

    • If cancellation occurs after the order has been dispatched, a courier fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit

    • In most cases, we encourage issuing a store credit instead of a full refund

  5. Refunds

    Refunds will only be issued:

    • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items where the customer declines a replacement or store credit

    • After the returned item has been received and inspected

    • Within 5–10 business days of approval

    Refunds are always issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  6. Return Process

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

    Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for replacement, store credit, or refund processing.

  7. Final Notes

    Goodsphere reserves the right to:

    • Decline any return or refund request that falls outside the scope of this policy

    • Offer a partial refund in cases of damage not caused by us

    • Modify this policy at any time to protect the integrity of our business
