All Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

For GCC or international orders, please contact us directly to arrange a custom delivery solution


⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

Dubai: 1–3 business days

Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.): 2–4 business days

Deliveries are made Sunday through Thursday (excluding public holidays)

Please allow additional time during high-demand periods such as holidays or sales events.

❗ Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

If a delivery is missed or returned due to an incorrect address, re-delivery may incur an additional courier fee

If a customer chooses to cancel after a missed delivery, courier fees will be deducted from any eligible refund
